A former prison that used to house famous criminals such as Willie Sutton the bank robber and Al Capone, this building was the largest and most costly public structure ever built.
The Eastern State Penitentiary is now part of the National Historic Landmark, and is open to visits for bus charter visitors every single day from 10am to 5pm.
